In-person sessions are available on Mondays at my office located in Brentwood, TN. Before your first appointment, I’ll share details to help you find the office and feel prepared when you arrive.

Yes, I currently offer online therapy for clients located in the following states: TN, NV, VA, TX, NY, NJ, MO, MI, LA, KS, KY, FL, GA, & IL.

All you need for your virtual session is a private space and a stable internet connection. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to keep your sessions confidential. Before your appointment, you’ll receive a link with easy instructions to join.

My out-of-network fee is $175 per 50-minute session. If I’m not in your insurance network, I use a service called Thrizer to help you access your out-of-network benefits, and I can also provide superbills for reimbursement.

I’m currently in-network with select insurance providers through Alma. Feel free to reach out and we can talk more about your coverage and whether this might be a good fit for you.

My work is focused on supporting adults, so I don’t currently see clients under the age of 18. If you’re looking for care for a child, I can help you find a provider who specializes in that age group.
